En’val Entertainment LLC is a privately-held company and does not sell shares to the company itself.  However, each film is privately-funded through the sale of a limited number of shares in each project’s entity.

We manage our funding protocols under Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933.  We can provide a private placement memorandum to accredited investors only after an initial screening.
